Our outfitting center in Mount Laguna is right off Sunrise HWY next to The Outpost by Valley Farm. We’re a resource & recreation center, dedicated to helping people enjoy our Cleveland National Forest safely and responsibly. Our outfitting team is here to answer questions about our destination’s recreation opportunities and help you with activity planning. We offer a pick up service for both mountain bikers and hikers and have a fleet of mountain bikes that we rent, as well as a tool shop. We also rent out mountain biker safety gear and sell bike and rider accessories. The center has a small horse coral and plenty of parking to support equestrian activities. We have a beautiful outdoor space that we outfit for private events and coupled with The Outpost complex – this is a very unique venue for weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats and any other events. The property also features a kids play area with our Tentsile Tree Tents and hammocks, as well as a 100ft zip line.
The center is located right in-front of Escondido Ravine, which provides you with access to the Laguna Lake trail network. This is an ideal starting point to begin exploring the forest. You can branch off from here to the numerous trails in the area and our outfitters can help you plan a route depending on your skill level. You can also hike, or rent a mountain bike from our center and we can set a designated place and time for us to pick you up.
